General Conference was absolutely wonderful, as usual. It is amazing to hear the guidance and leadership, encouragement and support that comes from our prophets and apostles. We are so blessed as members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to be led by prophets of the Lord.
We were so excited to hear about new temples being built around the world! Provo, UT is receiving ANOTHER temple!! The Provo Tabernacle which burned down last year in an accident, is being renovated and will be made into another Provo Temple! A beautiful building that is already a focal point in Provo. I am so excited to see the building. Hopefully we will be here when it opens!
Temples were also announced in Wyoming, Columbia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Provo and South Africa! What an amazing time to live on this earth that we are able to have access to the House of the Lord.
I encourage everyone to listen to and read the talks given by the leaders of our Church. Here is a link to the Conference talks. It is impossible to listen to these men and women and to not feel the Holy Spirit touch your heart.
I love these men and I love the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I am so grateful to be a member of this church.
